i would like to lose 10 pounds in 2 months or so. i am going on a diet where i eat healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner with no snacks. i am also drinking iced lemon water.
question is will i have to exercise? how much, and what type? how long will it take?

I am looking for a free PHP script/library/whatever which will act like an FTP client. It needs to be able to download/upload files, create folders, move files, delete files, and rename files and folders. I would also like to be able to create and edit files without having to download and then upload them. So, pretty much the functionality of www.ftplive.com in a free PHP script/scripts. Security is not an issue as the script/s will be located in an encrypted and password protected section of the site. Also, being easy to use and implement is also a pro :D. Thanks in advance. I cannot use Konquerer as I need to be able to edit the files on the server from any computer.
I have a Mac, and I'm looking to buy a WYSIWYG, no frills website building program. I've researched various programs, and so far I'm interested in Dreamweaver. A bonus is I have used it in high school, though briefly. I've used FrontPage and Xara Webstyle. I want a program that is drag-and-drop, it creates the HTML for you regarding simple templates, and actions such as drop-down menus. I've read that if you want flashy things, you need to put in the HTML yourself; but I don't know what it meant by flashy things! I don't care for music videos, PayPal/shopping carts, polls, Flash players, etc. Also, is uploading your website through FTP, easy with Dreamweaver? At the moment I use Cyberduck. I can't write CSS for the record.
when i try and listen to music from youtube, it wont let me because it says that: Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player.
the latest Flash player. so..i got the latest flash player but it STILL WONT WORK!! how do i turn javascript back on? pls help!! x ive checked, and java script is enabled on my computer.

I have a website that has been out since November of last year. I have submitted 6-7 article (5 have been through article distribution services). I have many hundreds and maybe over a thousand links to my website. but.
I do a link search at yahoo (link:mywebsite.com. I only have maybe 20 links going back to the site from the article pages.
long does it take for backlinks to be indexed? Could I still be caught in the mythological sandbox? Or could I have gotten penalized for getting too many links back to fast?
I eat the same diet always and wipe with the same amount of sheets.

I see so many questions like: I want to write a website where to start? Knowledge of the web, interface, databases,.etc. Programming isn't what it use to be like in the old days, now there are so many layers to learn. It takes YEARS to be good enough to write your own website that could do anything beyond simple HTML/javascript. Anyway, the question is more rhetorical than anything else.
I'm starting up a site that is just a forum, nothing else. I have good experience of SEO and have several sites on page 1 all of major engines but i don't know if it's better to have a normal HTML index page with a link to the forum or whether i could get as high a ranking by putting the keywords etc into the forums index page.
do you advise, does it make any difference?
